Paper Submission
Authors are invited to submit their original, unpublished research papers through the official online submission system of SACET 2027. The conference intends to use Springer Nature's Online Conference Service (EquinOCS) for paper submission and review, subject to availability. Alternatively, an equivalent conference management system (e.g., Microsoft CMT or EasyChair) may be used. Each submission should clearly describe the research problem, technical contributions, methodology, experimental validation (where applicable), and its relevance to the conference themes. Papers must represent original work that has not been published or simultaneously submitted to another conference or journal.
Before You Submit
Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished, and high-quality research papers written in English. Manuscripts should be carefully prepared, proofread, and formatted in accordance with the Springer Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) Author Guidelines. During submission, authors should select the most appropriate conference track corresponding to the scope of their work.
Submissions must present original research that has not been previously published, accepted for publication, or simultaneously submitted to any other conference, workshop, or journal. Manuscripts containing significant overlap with previously published work, duplicate submissions, or material under concurrent review elsewhere will be rejected without entering the peer-review process.
Authors are responsible for ensuring that their manuscripts are technically sound, grammatically correct, and comply with the conference formatting, originality, and ethical standards. All submissions will undergo plagiarism screening followed by a rigorous double-blind peer-review process.
Full & Short Papers
SACET 2027 invites the submission of Full Papers and Short Papers. Full Papers should typically be 12–15 or more pages in length and present original, unpublished research that offers significant scientific contributions, innovative methodologies, comprehensive experimental evaluation, and well-validated results aligned with the conference themes. Short Papers should be 6–11 pages and report original research describing emerging ideas, work-in-progress, novel applications, preliminary findings, or practical implementations with sound technical merit and clear potential for future research. All submissions will be evaluated based on originality, technical quality, significance, and relevance to the conference through a rigorous double-blind peer-review process.
